This Publishing company actually has a pretty good track record. They have had complaints listed in Better Business Bureau but they were able to resolve most of the complaints which shows they are willing to work with their Authors in resolving any valid complaints. I had a difficult time digging up bad reviews for Booksurge. The set backs with Booksurge is the royalties being awarded for your hard work. If your signing up with Booksurge don't expect to make a lot of money from your book. Make sure you ask the right questions. Like how much will you get if someone buys your book on Amazon and not on the internet because more and likely you will only get sales coming from Amazon if you sign on with Booksurge.
